Federal pandemic-era ERA has ended

The federal pandemic Emergency Rental Assistance funds that flowed through Missouri's SAFHR (State Assistance for Housing Relief) and through St. Louis directly have closed. The City of St. Louis ERA program continues with local CDBG and other funding, but at lower levels. Don't waste time on old SAFHR or 2021–2023 portals.
